Do you take credit cards securely online?
Yes, We use the Paypal payment processing network. Your transactions are safely secured and encrypted to help prevent online credit card fraud.

What format are the photos in?
All Grapek Photography Online photos are in JPG format.

Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Check back often to see more photos.

Can you print your photos on other materials or in different sizes than those offered in the site?
Yes. Using unique printing technology we are able to produce quality prints on many different materials such as canvas, silk, jute and more. As our images are taken with digital cameras, we can produce extremely high definition images. This enables us to print any image up to 5 meters (16.5 feet) in width. If you like to order your image in custom size or material, please contact us directly

Can I submit photos to sell?
Right now the only photos that we sell are the ones taken by Grapek Photography Online. In the future we may consider this.

Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we print all of our photos to order. On occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.

Are there any restrictions on my use of the Grapek Photography Online photos that I download?
Yes. While Grapek Photography Online offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.

Are you allowed to sell photos of models and other people?
Yes. All images with recognizable faces which are for sale on this site have signed model release forms. Some photos are on this site which are not for sale. These images are used primarily to demonstrate Howard's photographic capabilities (his online portfolio). All of those photos have the appropriate subject's permission to display on our site.

How long will it take to deliver my prints?
Depending on the combination of items you order, the order processing time may vary. In order to maintain competitive shipping rates, we ship all similar items in one shipment. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we may hold the rest of your items until the item is restocked. As soon as it arrives in our warehouse, we will ship your entire order to you in one shipment.

How do I track my orders?
As soon as your order ships, we will e-mail you a Shipping Confirmation. we include the Tracking number in your Shipping Confirmation e-mail.
